At Restaurant ChimChooRee, we take pride in crafting a fusion of New Zealand and European cuisine under the expert guidance of Chef Jayne Kim. Since 2011 we have been bring together flavors from across continents, offering our patrons a truly unique and unforgettable dining experience that transcends borders.
Our unique and one of a kind historic building which was once the Waikato Brewery Building. Built and proudly stood since 1887 it really is a unique and fascinating experience.
